Cognitive Dissonance: Questioning Reality & Cult Psychology

Um, and the ability to see the the cognitive dissonance between just your ability to choose differently versus someone else's desire to keep you in line has to ring alarms. It has to ring alarms. And if if Eric, like you said, someone is not seeing that and they're deluded in their beliefs and they don't even bother to question that, then those are not people that we can talk to or as an audience. If you care about somebody that is on the other side of the aisle, whatever the aisle is, okay? It's not always political, whatever, then it's difficult. And I'm not going to say impossible. I don't want to say impossible, but it is far more difficult to try and reach somebody who is that far diluted, who is looking forward to drinking the Kool-Aid, who is looking forward to the suffering of others, you know, who is at the at the at the cost of for the benefit of the quote unquote greater good. I mean, the greater good is only based upon individuals who make up the greater in general. So, without leaving them behind, you cannot have good if you've left them. Now it's just, you know, better for some, not the other, if you will. Right. There's nothing good about it anymore. Yeah. So, just the idea that to recognize that and really do your due diligence about seeing the the confines of the structure that you're existing in and and being able to question it. And if not, then ringing the alarms and and really wonder where are you? You know, really deeply question where are you?
